- The shipping rates listed are only for residential or commercial destinations in the continental 48 United States. If we ship to other locations it will be listed and it will require an additional shipping charge, please ask us if there are any questions.
- We only ship the item to the Paypal Verified address that is sent to us at the time of checkout. Please verify the correct shipping address in your PayPal account before making your payment. If we ship your item to an old or invalid address and you are not able to locate the item, we are not responsible for shipping a replacement.
- Most of our items are shipped via FedEx or USPS mail. WE DO NOT OFFER UPS AT THIS TIME.
- Shipping locations are listed on the left or by clicking the "Shipping and payments" tab at top. Please offer/purchase accordingly.
- Shipping time during holidays takes longer than normal.
- Most of our orders ship within 1 business day. 99% of our order ship within 2 business days. Occasionally, specific orders will require additional processing time and may be delayed further.
- Express mail is the only method used for international shipping. Due the fact that USPS only provides live scan for express mail with international shipping.
- Any brokerage, customs, and duty fees associated with international shipments are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.
- If you are located outside of the continental 48 United States, please email us in advance to see if the specific item ships to your location. These orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days after payment is received. Please be patient as they are often subject to additional inspection upon delivery.
- For International Orders, a phone number is required for the customs documents. Failure to provide one will result in delays. No Invoices are sent with our shipments, if you need an invoice we can email one.
- Instant Paypal payment is the preferred method of payment.
- We also accept payment via PayPal, Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- We will only ship to the confirmed Paypal shipping address given with the payment.

- We reserve the right to refund any payments that Paypal deems as possible fraud or if the amount is incorrect.

If you are returning your item for a refund, all returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given.
- Autumwish will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the original purchase.
- No refunds will be given on items that have been opened or used; you can only exchange the item at that point.
- Return items must be in original packaging and include all of the original accessories. Fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, ect).
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Autumwish. Autumwish will pay to ship the replacement item to you. If the exchange takes place 30 days from the date of purchase, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs in both directions.
- All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender, please check the FAQ section below for more information on how to obtain an RMA.
- We only allow for even exchanges. Any exchange attempt for a different item will be subject to additional fees.
- Autumnwish strives to maintain a goal of 72 hour service for all replacements. Delays may be incurred if lack of replacement inventory is encountered. We will contact you via email if such a back order happens.
- Items returned that are physically abused or damaged will not be accepted.
- All International Sales are final, the return/exchange policy does not apply to International orders.
- The return policy does not cover damage due to improper installation, if an item was physically altered by you, or services performed by anyone other than Autumwish.
- We will cover your return ship cost for any cases except you purchased a wrong item, buyer must contact us within 5 days after item received and must write to us with the reason of return. All International Sales are final, does not apply to this rule.
How long will it take to get my item?
Most of our orders ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment. Occasionally, some orders may take a little longer. If you're within the continental 48 United States, expedted shipping time is generally between 2 and 4 days to the central US and between 4 and 5 days for the west coasts. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii usually takes between 5 to 6 days. International orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. (Please note that these are delivery times are averages. Your exact location may differ.)
How can I pay for my item?

Do you ship internationally?

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your item leaves our warehouse, we will send an email to your registed email account as well as your Messages Inbox with your tracking information. On occasion, some tracking numbers may take 24 hours to fully register in the FedEx or USPS tracking systems.
How do I return an item I've purchased?
Items can be returned within 30-days of the original purchase. All returns requre a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back to our warehouse. Please click contact seller button to contact us to obtain an RMA number.
